Hey Guys,

Just wanted to introduce myself, since Iโ€™m officially starting today. My name is Alyssa, and Iโ€™m 27 from Jersey. I am a full time school counselor for highschool students (talk about stress) and noticed myself becoming very relaxed in my routine. I sit all day and have been doing very minimal walking lately since itโ€™s freezing here. I am really pushing my self to stay active and moving. Super excited to start this program and feel + look my best !

Iโ€™m currently 5ft and 154lbs ideally my goal weight is 135 ish and toned up ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ. Starting witha week of replay stretches (did 2 today that kicked my ass) and then starting a split I saw coach raven comment on. Hoping to use this community for accountability and motivation ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿฝ

Also did this as Iโ€™m starting today and I was not expecting to sweat like this. Really enjoyed it , really realized your girl needs more stretching cause to the floor ?! we need some work lmao.

Literally just started today, and wanted to start light. Girl ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ my knees and hamstrings needed all of that. SO GOOD.
