Hello Ladies:

I’ve officially made a Month of working out with this community and hit my 3rd workout of the week today. I’ve also been more inclined to run/walk on my treadmill on days I’m “resting” for 30 min.

I feel the most motivated I’ve ever felt and I am working hard to keep it going. I see the most difference in my face and my arms/back first picture is in. So excited to see my self at the end of each month ✨KEEP IT UP LADIES, YOU GOT THIS.

The first pictures is from October and the last two from these past weekends. The only difference is a haircut + makeup for Super Bowl so I added a no makeup day (the 3rd) . Tell me if you see a difference 😩

Confession:

Almost didn’t work out today 😭. Yesterday was my rest day and today being Monday and busy at work I came home and needed a nap because self care lmao. When I woke up the last thing I wanted to do was work out. Glad I pushed my self because I feel great and ready for bed.

Btw if you haven’t done this one , the playlist is amazing. Put it in my favs. Also did a stretch after.

Btw: Who else is watching the Super Bowl just for Usher ?! Lmao cause yes.

Did my Saturday morning stretches with Yvona Gonzalez replays. My back and hip cracked multiple times today, and they’ve felt so tight. Happy Saturday !

Checking in: Did my first workouts since stretching this weekend. I did Ravens Power upper body and Fabis Booty blaster (which I only made it half way through) and I almost threw up on myself. Send help lmao 😭

Breakfast is the hardest meal of the day for me to eat 🫠, especially during the week because I leave for work at 6am and I don’t have lunch until 1pm. Does any one have any suggestions ?

Breakfast Today: Turkey sausage, onions & peppers, 2 eggs and 1/4 cup of liquid egg whites, 1 potato and a sprinkle of reduced fat shredded cheese. Wish I had avocado, but hot sauce did it for me.

Late Lunch: 6 Shrimp, sugar free sweet and sour, a cup of broccoli florets, a handful of shredded carrot/onion/peppers. A cup of jasmine rice.

Hey Guys,

Just wanted to introduce myself, since I’m officially starting today. My name is Alyssa, and I’m 27 from Jersey. I am a full time school counselor for highschool students (talk about stress) and noticed myself becoming very relaxed in my routine. I sit all day and have been doing very minimal walking lately since it’s freezing here. I am really pushing my self to stay active and moving. Super excited to start this program and feel + look my best !

I’m currently 5ft and 154lbs ideally my goal weight is 135 ish and toned up 💪🏽. Starting witha week of replay stretches (did 2 today that kicked my ass) and then starting a split I saw coach raven comment on. Hoping to use this community for accountability and motivation 🫶🏽
