Vanessa NM I love this for you 🫶🏻🙌🏻🥳 I am grateful we have each other in this community to share our experiences. I’m working on being patient with myself. I’ve been consistent, seeing results but I want to see definition already 😂🙏🏻

Thank you Vanessa, I’m going to look for the Instagram post. I’ve been doing 1 hour power workouts three times a week. Monday core, Wednesday arms and Friday lower body. Tuesday and Thursday I do 30minutes on the peloton and 30 minute core.

I’m trying to find a balance of Getting a core workout 3 times a week and trying to figure out how to add glutes. I lost 20lbs which is great but now I want to sculpt and my weight has been the same.
