Thank you Vanessa, Iβm going to look for the Instagram post. Iβve been doing 1 hour power workouts three times a week. Monday core, Wednesday arms and Friday lower body. Tuesday and Thursday I do 30minutes on the peloton and 30 minute core.
Iβm trying to find a balance of Getting a core workout 3 times a week and trying to figure out how to add glutes. I lost 20lbs which is great but now I want to sculpt and my weight has been the same.
