Great morning Queens 👑 I received a word from God last year “Discipline” running our race gaining endurance physically and spiritually. Motivation starts the climb but discipline finishes it. We need to have it in everything we do.

For two and a half years I have been intentionally doing, showing up in the good and tough days and the results don’t lie 🙏 results make you hungry and leads us to remain consistent! Taking all the resources given to us applying them and running with it.

Just celebrated my 40th birthday and I never felt so confident in my skin! Thank you God for giving me strength and queen warriors for this platform and all the resources given to us to become the best version of ourselves 🙏

Great morning queens 👑week 2 post operation of my hip 🥳 surgery! Praise God it went well and PT cleared me to do 10 minute recovery rides on my bike and 30 seconds 3 reps of glute bridges 🙌🏻 along with other exercises.

I’ll take it! I miss working out. Taking it one step at a time to rebuild my strength. Like Coach Yvona Gonzalez said in one of her workouts, it’s a privilege to be able to workout and move our bodies. The focus and discipline I’ve had since I started my journey with Queen warriors has been preparing me for this moment. I now have the strength to continue and have a smoother recovery. Let’s get it queens 👑 God bless you all 🙏✨

Happy Holiday’s Queens 🥳 I miss working out 😢 I have lupus and struggle with joint issues due to the medicine they had me on years ago. I started working out a year and half ago and have made so much progress! I feel strong and have been enjoying the transformation process thanks to queen warriors. It’s a Miracle Glory to God, I have collapsed knees and a right elbow and to see what the body can do is amazing. For the past three weeks I’ve been having pain in my groin. I thought it was a pulled muscle and come to find out I have no blood going to my hip it’s dead. I’m going in for hip surgery to avoid it from collapsing as well and have been on crutches for a week now 😩 now more than ever I need to stay disciplined with my meals to maintain. Until I can work out again. Please keep me in your prayers queens 🙏 I can’t wait to come back 🙌🏻👑 swipe left to check out some before and after from my journey Thank you Queen warriors for the push and guidance. Showing up daily for myself 🙌🏻🫶🏻 Any suggestions welcomed on what to do while I rest and recover 🙏 love you all and remember everything is possible 🫶🏻

Happy Sunday Queens ✨👑 if I’m working on muscle gain and low fat, how do I set that goal on my fitness pal? I have attached a picture of the section in the app I’m referring to.

Good evening ladies ✨ I need some guidance 🙏 I have been working out consistently for over a year and have participated in two challenges. I lost 20lb and have remained consistent with my weight.
I want to focus on more definition in the core area and gain muscle. I’ve worked my way up to work out 6 days of the week. Three 30 min cycling work outs, two 30 minute QW workouts glutes and core, 3 one hour QW workouts focused on core, upper body and one glutes. All of these I spread throughout the week.
I recently started to track my meals on the my fitness pal app. I’m still trying to figure out how to balance my meals and what to eat for the gains and defined core.
Do the coaches have any advice Yvona Gonzalez Fabiana
