I would start with 3 meals at a time . And go up if you need. And start with a meal prior to you bad eating habit. For example, I used to eat chocolates around 2 pm because I skipped lunch . So I meal prepped lunch and no more chocolates. As for ideas , there sooooo much ! What do you like ?!! .., breakfast I love warm so I needs eggs most of the time. You can prep them and even pancakes. Lunch I do carbs so rice quinoa and a meat, most of the time something closely related to taco bowl. Dinner is chicken salad always
