Iβm going onto over a year membership with QW ! This season Iβm pretty busy so Iβve just been putting on classes and getting 15-20 min done . So far itβs been 2 weeks and Iβm 2 lb down since I βstarted againβ ..
At felt discouraged but then I realized Iβm fitting this into my routine and making it a habit.
For so long I tried to fit in 30-1hr work outs and failed and now Iβm just trying my best.
Iβm so happy itβs feels like itβs finally making sense
