I’m going onto over a year membership with QW ! This season I’m pretty busy so I’ve just been putting on classes and getting 15-20 min done . So far it’s been 2 weeks and I’m 2 lb down since I “started again” ..
At felt discouraged but then I realized I’m fitting this into my routine and making it a habit.
For so long I tried to fit in 30-1hr work outs and failed and now I’m just trying my best.
I’m so happy it’s feels like it’s finally making sense
