I’m going onto over a year membership with QW ! This season I’m pretty busy so I’ve just been putting on classes and getting 15-20 min done . So far it’s been 2 weeks and I’m 2 lb down since I “started again” ..

At felt discouraged but then I realized I’m fitting this into my routine and making it a habit.

For so long I tried to fit in 30-1hr work outs and failed and now I’m just trying my best.

I’m so happy it’s feels like it’s finally making sense

I always do a workout as soon as I wake up in the morning on Saturdays and Sunday meal prep and prep the work outs for the week .

Look at these oblique. I did a 30 min hiit and 10 min ab. This is my 2nd day after a 2 week hiatus ….. so happy to have this community !

Wow! This is a perfect class for anyone who did their 2 workouts and feeling good and wants to give it some more. It’s also a staple as to why I love queen warriors! Always just accepting us for who we are 🥰🥰
