It's hard for me too Queen, especially when Friday hit. Coach mentioned a cheat meal not a day. So I'm trying that. I make sure to get as much good food in throughout the day before I have something bad. This is my first week trying it and I don't feel as bad. The coaches also mention the 80/20 rule. I would suggest make sure you keep to the workouts and drink lots of water. The food change will come in time.
