Queens!!! Happy Wednesday!!! My second day of working out. I was so happy to do my weekly weigh in and see I am finally out of the 260 club. Started off 267 in February, now 259. Slow and steady. Now its up from here, but the weight to move down.

Happy Friday!!!! I got up and worked out. One thing about Queen Warriors I can never get bored with the coaches workout. They DON'T PLAY AT ALL!!! Coach Jamila came in with the bats swinging. You see me side eyeing her in the first pic 😂😂. But I feel good. Have a good weekend queens!!!

Today is my Cardio day. 30 minute HIT, and a 45 minute walk.
