I did it!!! I completed the new format 3 one hour workouts. Coach Raven used every second of her time to make sure the body worked. I feel good. Enjoy your weekend ladies!!!

Completed one hour class. I was doubtful but I DID IT!!! Thank you Fabi for that awesome class. I'm working on being consistent and loving me. It's a process, but not giving up.

I was going to change my clothes because I was feeling uncomfortable, fat, and bloated. But I changed my mind. I told myslef to embrace all of me and I look forward to seeing how far I will go in my health journey. This will be the before picture.
