Jennifer Badea Ive been checking too!!! I’m curious if it’s going to be similar to previous guides that cut dairy, sugar, etc. I need to go to the grocery store ASAP!! I want to know if I can get cottage cheese and Greek yogurt before I waste money! Lol

I was suffering through heavy menstrual cramps and had to pop 2 Tylenols and drink some peppermint so I could push myself to workout today. I finally did the Raven and Chasity mashup from 3/6 and it did not disappoint! If you haven’t done it yet, Go do it!!
