OMG same!! My glutes are on fire 🔥 and those hip thrusts took me out! I don’t even know if I was going right… I felt like my chair was too high so I leaned against the edge of the couch but my legs were shaking!

Did my thug thizzle this morning with breakfast! Had to switch up from the overnight oats and protein shake. It was delicious! 2 whole eggs with a 1/4 cup of cottage cheese mixed in to boost the protein! Sandwich Thin with 1/2 avocado and everything bagel seasoning and 2 big juicy strawberries! Chefs kiss!! 😘 can’t believe this is the middle of week 3!!

Celebrate all wins Momma!! And have a small chat with your kids if you haven’t already. Let them know Mami is making changes to take care of herself so that she can continue to be there for the family when they need her. Talk to them about the importance of being healthy all the way around so that everyone has a balanced lifestyle. I told my two kiddos that mommy just needed 30 minutes to an hour each day to get stronger and healthier so that I could play with them outside and not be tired, it is still a challenge sometimes because they need my attention but I always push through and get it done.

Feeling like my booty grew a lil bit! I find myself checking it in the mirror and trying to flex every chance I get!! I fought the temptation of eating pizza last night with my kids and made myself a green goddess salad with some leftover ground beef I had! I hit 100 ounces of water at least one time this week and I’ve been pushing myself to get better and better at it, I skipped two days in a row because I was drinking so much water lol, but I felt great!
