Did my thug thizzle this morning with breakfast! Had to switch up from the overnight oats and protein shake. It was delicious! 2 whole eggs with a 1/4 cup of cottage cheese mixed in to boost the protein! Sandwich Thin with 1/2 avocado and everything bagel seasoning and 2 big juicy strawberries! Chefs kiss!! 😘 can’t believe this is the middle of week 3!!

Day 2 in the bag!! Overnight oats/protein shake, salads, chicken and sweet potato mash, taco salad bowl no rice or tortillas, used Greek yogurt instead of sour cream

I was suffering through heavy menstrual cramps and had to pop 2 Tylenols and drink some peppermint so I could push myself to workout today. I finally did the Raven and Chasity mashup from 3/6 and it did not disappoint! If you haven’t done it yet, Go do it!!
