Week 4- Day 2 for me
Yesterday was my first time doing a twerk workout. I completed Day 5 because I was in the dancing mood. Glad I did it.
Raven Cruz is a ball of energy πŸ”₯
Today I completed Day 4- Full body HIIT and it was great! Yall see that sweat πŸ˜“ !?!?!? πŸ˜†
Ladies keep going... we got this!!

Felt extremely motives this morning. Day 2 completed. I completed the 9am and the 9:30am workout with Raven... she's super energetic and hyped and it keeps me motivated. As she said at the end, I don't always finish the things I commit to... BUT THIS, I am committing to until the end. 🌟πŸ’ͺ🏾

This is Day 1 for me and I'm feeling amazing. I joined over a year ago and have done workouts here and there but am committing to the Love Yourself Challenge.

What an empowering story. I have been restarting over and over for too long. I definitely push my kids to be their best and support them along the way, even when they fall, I encourage them to keep pushing or try again, but I do not afford myself the same grace.Β 

I put my roles as a wife, mom, daughter, friend, sibling, employee and "all the things" above myself and I need a change.

As Coach Jamila said, "enough is enough" and now is the time to do it!Β πŸ’ͺ
