What an empowering story. I have been restarting over and over for too long. I definitely push my kids to be their best and support them along the way, even when they fall, I encourage them to keep pushing or try again, but I do not afford myself the same grace. 

I put my roles as a wife, mom, daughter, friend, sibling, employee and "all the things" above myself and I need a change.

As Coach Jamila said, "enough is enough" and now is the time to do it! 💪
