One day at a time Queen. What has helped me sometimes is to add in one or 2 things to my daily routine until it becomes a habit to keep from feeling overwhelmed trying to do it all. Give yourself some grace! Since you just had a baby and are just returning to work maybe focus more on healthy eating. Eating healthy can help physically and mentally! 🙏🏽💖 You'll get to where you want to be just keep going no matter what, don't quit!

I pray you get it figured out Queen. To be honest you might want to see a doctor about this one. Maybe have some blood work done to see what's going on, it's probably your hormones. Too much of anything can be bad for us and it is possible to over do it when it comes to supplements. Maybe ask the doctor to check your thyroid too. I've learned a lot of women have experienced hair loss due to thyroid issues! I'm praying for you girl. 🙏🏽💖

I usually workout for an hour to an hour and a half but these 30 minute workouts have helped me get my consistency back without feeling overwhelmed. I will be getting back to my longer workouts soon.
