Hey Queens! This is my accountability check in. I had to go out of the country this week at a moments notice. Even though I took my workout clothes and had every intention of getting a workout in while I was away, things just didn't work out that way. However I did so much running around to get ready that I did hit my daily workout goals the 2 days I missed.
Just made up week 2 days 2 and 3! Back at it tomorrow and I'll be all caught up for week 3! šŸ™ŒšŸ½

Hi Queen. I would say buying some of the equipment is optional as they do have a lot of workouts that you can do with no equipment, but like Coach Raven will say find and use what you have at home. I've purchased different weights and things little by little. I wanted to make sure I would be consistent first.

You can browse different workouts and also add them to the calendar for days you want to do them, or check out the calendar for the daily live workouts. Hope this helps.
