Hi! I hope you all are having a wonderful day! This is my accountability post starting the week. My dad is back in the hospital. He wasn't even home 24 hours, but he will be okay.

I came to say that no matter what this week throws at me I will get in 3 to 4 workouts this week. If I have to get up earlier, stay up later or whatever it's going to get done! 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

It's after 10:30 pm but I got it done! I finally finished Sammi's 4 week program.🙌🏽🙌🏽

My dad is finally back home from the hospital (thank God), and I was determined to get this in no matter what.
