I have the app on my TV too. I don't use it because it doesn't seem to sync with my phone so I can keep up with what workouts I've done.

I didn't think I was going to make it today! My legs are still killing me from Monday's workout, but I did that. Getting back to my regular program 3 to 4 days a week. πŸ’ͺ🏽πŸ₯΅πŸ™ŒπŸ½
.....and for dinner I had air fried chicken thighs and spinach πŸ˜‹
