I do 2 to 3 a day. I will workout an hour to a hour and a half, but no more than that. So I might do two, 30 minute workouts, or an hour workout then 30 minutes.

I personally keep Icy Hot on deck! It has helped me more times than I can count. If any muscle feels extra sore I use it over night and I am usually back to normal the next day. Stretch, and maybe soak in the bathtub with Epsom salt of you can.
