I didn't think I was going to make it today! My legs are still killing me from Monday's workout, but I did that. Getting back to my regular program 3 to 4 days a week. 💪🏽🥵🙌🏽
.....and for dinner I had air fried chicken thighs and spinach 😋

I usually workout for an hour to an hour and a half but these 30 minute workouts have helped me get my consistency back without feeling overwhelmed. I will be getting back to my longer workouts soon.
