This is so true! I signed up Feb. 2023 and I was very inconsistent. I've finally been able to consistently work out 3 days a week since Nov. '23. I definitely had to get my mindset in order. Keep going Queen! 🙌🏽💖

I want to make sure everyone knows that this has nothing to do with the new challenge! I've had this for over a year now from when I first joined QW.

I just decided to see how far I've come since then before this new challenge starts. I'm hoping for the best for all of you! 💖
