Been consistent since Monday 3/25/24 and although my whole focus is not on the scale, it was awesome to see the scale finally budge after MONTHS. 2lbs less and I’m so proud of myself!
I joined the Spring love yourself challenge so there ain’t no stopping me now baby!!
If you are struggling or just can’t seem to stay pressing play, stop and remind yourself of WHY you want to be healthier and fit.
Really reflect on it. I’m telling you, just one day it will CLICK and when you catch the wave of that feel good feeling from the workouts and better eating, you will be obsessed (in a good way!) and will crave that great feeling and energy.
I joined QW back on Black Friday 2023 and I was stop and go stop and go for a week at a time if that, then stopped for a whole month and a half on my last go of that till now.
My journey isn’t perfect and that’s ok! Don’t aim for perfection, aim for CONSISTENCY. That’s truly the key. If your mindset isn’t there and your eating habits aren’t there, then work in steps to get there and work up to the consistency.
Everything will fall into place, I promise you. As long as you want it and really remind yourself about WHY you want it.
