Happppy Saturday Queens! Hope your weekend is off to a great start.. my body needed rest between my period and the working out so I slept later than normal today! Still got to those workouts and did:

I’m so sorry for your loss. Sending you love and hugs.🤗 my father passed away last year and I didn’t do a damn thing except throw myself into work. I gained a bunch of weight and it wasn’t until the summer time that I started walking. The walks helped clear my mind. I started going to the gym and eventually this past April found myself signed up for queen warriors. I say all that to say have grace on yourself. If you feel no motivation to exercise do small things- more water, a walk, taking the stairs, small habits lead to bigger ones. Allow yourself the time , grace and space to heal. Grief isn’t linear and shows up in different ways. I listened to a lot of podcasts on walks so I was distracted as well. Add in anything positive to help reframe your mind. Praying for your healing, Queen ❤️

Happy Friday and end of the week ladies! The summer is flying by! Was going to do full body today but swapped it with the following upper body workouts:
11/06/23 power upper body with Chasity
2/16/24 advanced full hour power upper body with Yvona
2/29/24 HIIT upper body core with Sammi
All workouts were hittin and gave that 🔥🔥 feeling in the arms. Loving it. ❤️

The sweat was DRIPPING.. lord help me.. love it and hate it at the same time 😂

Morning Queen! They’re taken before you workout. I workout in the morning so I take it right before. Make sure you drink alot of water!

Thank you! The workouts are a stress reliever and it’s become such a habit I feel off when I don’t work out.

Happy Hump Day ladies! Day 2 of my period and I had no motivation for cardio.. so I focused on upper body and baybeeeee!!! These arms are noodles 🍝

Good morning ladies! Woke up today to my period two days early but that didn’t stop me! I hate to be bouncing and jumping all around so I opted for workouts that focus on strength.
