It will give you a run down of how to start. Classes are broken down by levels ( beginner, intermediate and advanced ). Each coach is great and brings their own personality to the workout. Some workouts require equipment ( power and barre) while HIIT workouts usually don’t. Coaches will give modifications if you don’t have the equipment or if you have physical restrictions like pregnancy. Coaches say to start with three 30 min workouts, and have guidance on diet. ( including a screenshot here as well )
