Hey Queen! So sorry you have been feeling like this. Babies regressing in sleep and teething is super hard so I can only imagine what you are going through or if you’re sleeping at all. Lack of sleep can impact everything so I’m sending you lots of love and prayers as you head back to work. If you can make small changes ( like walking up stairs, taking in more water / veggies) it can help you build other habits. Take it one small step at a time because there are alot of moving pieces and you definitely need grace on yourself! You got this 🫶☀️💗

They normally are but some can take a few hours. Check back again in a little. On the browse section go down to latest replay, it may also be there if it isn’t popping up on your calendar .. from what I can see, both live classes are available for replay now

They also send out the schedule for live classes- if you look in the calendar in the app you can see which workouts will be live and if you click on it you can join or catch the replay which is usually up the same day

It will give you a run down of how to start. Classes are broken down by levels ( beginner, intermediate and advanced ). Classes are also broken down into categories ( upper body, full body, lower, glutes, core)

Each coach is great and brings their own personality to the workout. Some workouts require equipment ( power and barre) while HIIT workouts usually don’t ( maybe a resistance band). Coaches will give modifications if you don’t have the equipment or if you have physical restrictions like pregnancy. Coaches say to start with three 30 min workouts, and have guidance on diet.
