Came back today for another replay but remixed it a little. Instead of straight squat pulses I did two and then a leg raise.. added ankle weights for this workout and resistance bands for v sits to get into that gut ( learned this with coach yvona) such a good sweat. Love full body sundays 🫶🏽

Replay today. had my ankle weights on during the entirety and turned this into 4 rounds with round 3 and 4 being 40 seconds of each exercise and upped my bands to extra heavy. and the way my booty hurts 😅
