2nd time doing this replay with 2 of my favorite coaches and this was a burner 💥🔥

Came back today for another Replay. turned this into 4 rounds with ankle weights on and upped resistance bands in circuit one. for circuit 2 i added a squat jump to oblique twists. circuit 3 i added light weights to dead bugs..sweat is real 

came back again and did this after doing Barre Lower Body 3/20/24 and I think my cheeks fell off!

Replay today and remixed this into 4 rounds. i did two jumping jacks with a squat as the first exercise, added a band to static lunges and instead of hip thrusts i did a single leg iso bridge 🍑🔥

Replay today and I remixed this workout with 4 rounds..  crab walk with squat jumps, two pulses and leg raise, lateral lunge with reverse back lunge and kept the last two exercises the same. good sweat
