If I dont have time to eat in the morning, I like to swap my breakfast sandwich with a protein shake(either an ensure plus or strawberry Atkins) and a banana. The combination of both keeps you fuller longer

Ooh also, instead of granola on my yogurt parfaits I use walnuts

Just made this meal #SoGood!😋 I didn't have soy sauce or beef. So I substituted those with ground turkey and teriyaki sauce. I recommend😊
