You know i think this is all on me for the first week!

Ive been up and down on my journey and im just already grateful you have provided this platform! After this week ill check back in with that! Right now i just need to fight my flesh to choose to stick with this EATING plan too .

Good morning Queen Warrior family , its been over a month that i logged in.

Today start day 1 and im starting up slow.

10 days of stretching. To start &&; !

Im going to be working out with fabi Tues & Thurs

Dancing Wed.

Doing glute camp Fri

Monday.Sat.Sun just stretching and walking outside 45 mins.

My goal is to loose my bloating and extra belly fat and build my legs,glutes and slim my back.

I just had a breast augmintaion (2weeks ago) so i do need to take it easy and not over do it :)

This is my before .

My goal date is July 30th to see some results.

I will be water fasting 30hrs starting last night eating tommorrow morning. Then i will start my high protein meals after. And i will also start Intermittent fasting after.

I have been a QW since 2022 and im so grateful to be able to jump back in. 3rd picture was my heaviest before qw.

Hey baby girl, I'm sending you prayers. I'm sending you love. This is always the hardest move but you're intuition knows what's best for you. What's best for your kids and what's best for him honestly. Trust yourself, be confident in yourself if you need to speak with your kids and let them know not all the details but the main reason which is trying to provide a healthy lifestyle for them you do that.

I just been crying off and on. I'm so sad. I just wanna roll up into a ball and watch movies but instead I'm gonna work out and dance.🥹
