Good morning Queen Warrior family , its been over a month that i logged in.
Today start day 1 and im starting up slow.
10 days of stretching. To start &&; !
Im going to be working out with fabi Tues & Thurs
Dancing Wed.
Doing glute camp Fri
Monday.Sat.Sun just stretching and walking outside 45 mins.
My goal is to loose my bloating and extra belly fat and build my legs,glutes and slim my back.
I just had a breast augmintaion (2weeks ago) so i do need to take it easy and not over do it :)

My goal date is July 30th to see some results.
I will be water fasting 30hrs starting last night eating tommorrow morning. Then i will start my high protein meals after. And i will also start Intermittent fasting after.
I have been a QW since 2022 and im so grateful to be able to jump back in. 3rd picture was my heaviest before qw.
