Hey Queens! I just wanted to share something really personal with you all. It honestly took a lot of courage for me to post this because, honestly, I used to feel so embarrassed about how big I was and how uncomfortable I felt in my own body. But I decided to take a chance on myself and share my journey. And let me tell you, I feel so much better β€”stronger, happier, more confident.

This isn’t the end, just the beginning! The first picture was taken on March 25, 2025, and the second one was just yesterday, May 7, 2025.

I’ve recently completed the last LYC and made some big changes to the way I eat.

I hope this can serve as a little motivation for anyone out there. Remember, anything is possible if you keep working hard and stay committed to your goals!

Is anyone else having issues with badges showing up? Or are they just for live workouts? I’ve been 3 hr long workouts since this started and haven’t received any. I even emailed about it but nothing as of yet.

Vulnerability/Motivational Post: The picture On the left was my very first challenge with QW - The LYC Fall Challenge and the picture to my right of that was current the LYC 3-method 1st place winner. The picture in the blue bathing suit was last night confident, resilient, dedication, strong, and hardworking champion who realized that change starts with you (US) Remember Queens: It took all of us years to pack on those pounds. So give yourself some time and patience. Stay CONSISTENT! That's the only way. Pour into your cup. LOVE YOURSELF ENOUGH to step out and take a chance on yourself. It's always YOU vs YOU.

Hi ladies! Honestly, I wasn't feeling it today but I did today's workout...the replay! My BUTT is happy I did it especially the booty Blaster. That one work out that you put your back on the chair (bra line) and lift one leg at a time. I don't like you lol! Anyways, I hope you were able to reach your goals for today! Of course I stop and rewind and pause and keep it going...

Can someone help me figure out why my Apple Watch is not showing my heart rate or calories burned when using the app during workouts? Please and thank you
