My Babygirl woke up sore but she didn’t quit. Very proud of her and for being my Buddy every morning bcuz we get to laugh, bond & have fun.

Accountability check in:

Today was dedicated whole heartedly to putting into action the things I have learnt through Queen Warriors.

First thing when the boys father walked in the door this morning was to complain and try baiting an argument.

Raven asked in the W2D2 workout if the #LYC “Is this something your higher self would do?”

So, I asked myself and moved forward and held boundaries. Asked him to leave, texted him later and brought the baby with me to work after dropping the eldest to school.

This is day five of really sticking to my basic basic diet. I have to keep things simple to keep things moving and I have to say it’s working. I also wanted to let it be known that the 12 pounds lost is not from the start date of the challenge. A majority of that weight is from a week and two days prior, so 5lbs has been lost during the challenge. BUT I must remind myself it’s not about the scale! Accountability, showing up for me, being who I need to be… you know the drill.

Long winded as usual but I got the W2D3 workout in as well as a ten minute booty blaster session, the first half of the todays live and no treadmill being that it’s 3am. I don’t want to risk waking the boys up.

So I started queen warrior 5 weeks ago. I’ve been increasing my weights and when I went to put on my jeans this morning they were snug lol is this normal? HELP!

I’m tellin yall don’t knock it till you try it , I don’t mind powder protein shakes but I’d rather get protein for Whole Foods so o opt to make some delicious smoothies 💖

This was a hard post for me to do, currently 44 of age , I have been doing all the right things , caloric deficit, eating my protein and fiber doing the workouts 4 x a week and also light cardio on my rest days , my weight had no changed in one month at all ! I even stopped drinking and trust me that was very hard to do ,,, so I decided to step on my scale today and see how much my muscle mass has been increasing and not focus in my weight , so I am in the 6 week challenge here is my starting point …

Cottage Cheese & Cinnamon Pancakes!! Came out pretty good I must say. I don’t eat eggs at all unless they are cooked or baked in something so great way to get my protein. Added a lil maple syrup and some nuts and bananas along with my mushroom coffee and honey I’m so full ate a lil over half my plate. I’m on W2 D2 took a day off yesterday so will be working out the rest of the week except Sunday I try to get extra days in. Normally don’t skip days and just knock them out but I was so tired yesterday. But let’s keep this up queens we can do this❤️
