I was going to ask that too! Because I learned how to do it from my lap top but it hasnā€™t updated on my phone

Did an hour walk today. So I wouldnā€™t feel so sore making up last Wednesdays workout. And be ready for tomorrowā€™s workout. I feel good! Until I canā€™t move! Does anyone have any ā€œcheapā€ suggestions on how to muscle recover. I canā€™t afford bcaas. Bananas? Avocado? Thank you kindly in advance.

About to do todayā€™s workout even though I missed 2 last week. But I also did a walk instead because I literally couldnā€™t move all week. I will figure out when to make up last weeks šŸ„² wish me luck !
