Did an hour walk today. So I wouldn’t feel so sore making up last Wednesdays workout. And be ready for tomorrow’s workout. I feel good! Until I can’t move! Does anyone have any “cheap” suggestions on how to muscle recover. I can’t afford bcaas. Bananas? Avocado? Thank you kindly in advance.

Just finished today’s workout. Glad I finished Monday strong. Now I hope I’m not too sore tomorrow to do last weeks that I missed. 😅

About to do today’s workout even though I missed 2 last week. But I also did a walk instead because I literally couldn’t move all week. I will figure out when to make up last weeks 🥲 wish me luck !
