True story, Fabi’s post “ don’t train with me if you don’t want your 🍑 to get phat” . Y’all I can’t believe this is my booty ! And still in progress. Feeling sluggish this week since last week my schedule was all off since I was at a work conference in Vegas for most of the week. Was able to do my 3 workouts and average 12000 steps a day . Had to take a pic to motivate myself again These subtle changes are just what I needed. I was feeling guilty not putting in my usual 4-5 days. On to week 4 day 1!

Good morning yall and happy Sunday to everyone the affirmation this morning had me feeling like I haven’t given myself enough credit so no more hiding from myself and being myself on purpose!! HAPPY JUNETEENTH everyone . I haven’t been able to workout consistently since my Dad,Grandpa, and Grandma passed in January and 3 major surgeries. I feel blessed being in this community and not I’m feeling better and ready to work honey !!! Key word: consistency is my biggest struggle but I’m going to give myself some grace since still healing ❤️‍🩹 share the journey with yall. The mural I stand in front of representing all the souls of those who were lost in blood shed and the blue is the sky and water’s traveled through every sequin is a beautiful soul the aural is the light to bring us together and the star is a reflection of us and what we want our futures to look like and what we see in our beautiful selves. The artist was amazingly talented and thoughtful. The sun still comes out every single day to let us know there still is a mighty God with us during these terribly difficult days. Be bodacious be kind and bright on purpose!! Love yall from San Diego (don’t worry the protests aren’t what the news portrays.. I stay inside all the time and small gatherings are safe once in awhile but still pray for everyone’s safety and security)
