Hi Queens!

Thanks to Coach Chasity saying she was working out daily for May, I am trying to do the same. Today is my 8th day!!! I didn’t want to workout but I did and am only doing 30 min workouts. I feel great after every workout and excited to see the difference 31 days can make.

Good morning BEAUTIFUL QUEENS! I just finished the replay. Thank you Coach Jamila! for such an amazing and special workout! 🥰

This week has been extra hard for me because I lost my mom 2 months ago. I woke up today super depressed and after dropping off my kids at school, I just wanted to crawl back in bed and sleep the pain away, but I asked God to give me the strength and I got it done🙏🏼💪🏻This workout was a dedication to my beautiful mom. My forever Queen Warrior!🤍🕊️👸🏻I am so thankful that I joined this amazing community of strong inspiring beautiful woman that motivate each other to be better each day. I’m fairly new to the community ,but it has made such an impact in my life already.

I am a momma of 4 handsome boys in all phases of life. An adult, pre-adult, teenager and a toddler. There’s never a dull moment in my household and I’m always on the go, but I wouldn’t change it for anything in this world. I love being a mom!💙

Hi Queens!

Wondering if any of you have been stocking up on certain foods with all the uncertainty we’re hearing about with empty ports, and the possibility of empty shelves. I’ve been buying things on sale like this rolled oats $6 at Costco, what a deal! I’m a one income home and an independent contractor so I have to plan ahead. Also stocking up a little bit for my friends and family who are not doing it for themselves. Since I have been shopping almost daily I can tell you prices are seriously rising every day.

I sent my bffs a list but the list keeps growing. Let’s be ready for anything ladies, we are Queen Warriors and we got this!

Yay I got my badge! I have worked out every day for the month of May following Coach Chasity on that daily challenge!

Today, after doing yesterday’s 1st 30 minutes of Queen Fabiana’s class I was dead ☠️ omg. I didn’t have any energy to work out but I did a stretch workout with Yvona and it was amazing!!

Queens looking for Advanced classes to me Fabiana’s classes are Advanced and always kick my @&$! Love them!

Queens! It’s Mother’s Day week, and coach Jamila has a special power workout planned for you today.

- At 7:30pm we have a special edition ‘Baby and Me’ power workout, where my 6-month old baby girl will join and we’ll explore Mommy/Baby friendly exercises together.

- At 8pm Judah will join us for a high energy workout. I always say, if you give Judah th stage - he’ll give you a show 🤣

Grab your dumbbells and meet coach Jamila on the mat for a kid friendly workout sessions. I can’t wait to see you ladies there! 🤗
