Happy 2026 Queens. My 1st workout this year was Fabianaโs Friday workout and it was great. A must do if you havenโt done it yet. She asked us to promise to show up 3 times a week. I promise!
Today, I got back from what felt like a 5 day retreat completely calm and peaceful energy while I house and dog sat for my sister. My Mom joined me it was the perfect way to end the year and start the year by completing slowing down. I didnโt have a schedule. It was just us in a quiet neighborhood hearing birds chirp or the rain falling.
The full moon tonight ๐ is perfect for us Queens to jump back in and manifest a great year of QW workouts ๐ช๐ผ and better eating habits. โจ๐. For dinner I wanted a salad but the rain started and I didnโt want to leave my apt. I made Quinoa, steamed a potato with carrots and warmed up a chicken sausage with onions it all hit the spot!
