Happy Wednesday. I havenāt started W2 but I will soon! I love seeing you ladies 1/2 way through šŖš½šgo Queens! I worked out to Fabianaās live on Monday and was hurting all day yesterday, got a 20 min walk in though āŗļø.
Wanted to share these tools with you, they help sculpt the body. Iāve used the one I have 3 times in the last few months and always notice a little difference. I will start using it more often. These tools help lymphatic drainage, reducing inflammation & muscle stiffness. Look them up on YouTube and Amazon if interested, they work. I got mine at a Marshallās and usually find these types of products there.

Stepper questionā¦I already own a vibration pad, could I use that as my stepper during workouts instead of buying a whole other piece of equipment? Would turning on a low vibration be a good idea, or just use it while itās powered down?

I was hungry but didnāt want anything specific or big so I added chocolate plant based protein powder with water and a scoop of peanut butter to plain cashew yogurt, mixed it in a blender and added peaches, blueberries and peanuts. It was a perfect snack before dinner.

Hereās my egg sandwich for breakfast. I used Daveās Killer Bread thin slices but just noticed all the sodium! Once in awhile itās ok for me to eat that much sodium but I notice the inflammation it causes my body. Added a side of guacamole salsa from Trader Joeās, which is amazing! And vegan mozzarella cheese with romaine lettuce it was delicious š.
I am not vegan, but I was a vegetarian for 10 years during my 20s and vegan for one year during my 30s so I tend to go back to that type of food choices every 2 to 3 days a week.

Tuesday Energy : EVERDAY im reminded that I have two choices, either I show up FOR ME or I donāt show up for myself !
Sounds weird and odd, but the reality of the truth is that every time you decided to let ālife takeoverā you are choosing to not show up for you ! And if you ask me , you are WORTH A FIGHT, matter fact I GO TO WAR FOR ME !!!
Its just that DEEP !! Everyday is a blessing. We get one life, and our live was already a miracle since the moment we were concieved⦠why would I not maximize this miracle ! Everyday is a blessing and never guaranteed, I want to go hard for me to see where life takes me, and to be able to get all the blessings God has for me .
Nothing ever grows from staying the same, from staying in our comfort zone. Everything is easy from there, but the reality of thr truth nothing is happening, you are just in a cycle doing exactly what you been doing. It almost because second nature you can do everything in that space with your eyes closed! I donāt ever want to do something with my eyes close because that means I have mastered it at that level. Challenges are hard, at times uncomofortable, but they are an invitation for GROWTH for a new perspective, a learning moment !
The invitation is waiting for you, will you be ATTENDING or DECLINING ? (But just know if you decline, you no longer have the ability to complain because you chose to stay there )

Month 3- Health Journey Update:
This month in particular, was a tough one. It had the power to make or break me. I was so close to giving up on how far I've come these past few months because of some setbacks. However, I reminded myself of what coach Fabi has been saying about how "I need to show up for me."
I was disappointed in the number on the scale. I wanted the numbers to go down faster. I also got discouraged because the pounds went up by a few. Then I watched a mindset coaching video with the guest nutritionist. What they said was SO encouraging. About how we shouldn't let the scale determine our progress because sometimes the breakthrough shows up in others ways. For example, like loose fitting clothes, smaller waist, etc. I've made progress regardless, and should celebrate even the little wins along the way.
So today, I remind myself that I AM A WARRIOR AND I WILL KEEP GIVING MY BEST! Keep going queens, don't give upšā¤ļøāš„
