Last June Vs This June with only 35 days of joining QW! I remember taking the first pic feeling bloated, tired and not toned. This year’s picture was filled with confidence, faith and with one goal in mind: To get fit, feel healthy and take care of this vessel that GOD gave me. I’m more happy because of my mindset during this journey! Mind, Body & Soul! Hope y’all are having an amazing Saturday Queens! Sending Love & Light from Southern California! Its already “summering” ova here!

Week 2, Day 1 workout done in LYC. My glutes and abs are on fire! I turn forty- grEIGHT (48) next week and what I’m really excited about is how these workouts are improving my overall posture, I don’t see a slouch in my back anymore!
From day 1, May 3 to June 1st I’m documenting the progress!
And oh my goodness, My 🍑 is “peaching” 😳.
I can’t wait for the summer dresses!

I’m never one to post, but I felt with my progress from lasts months challenge that was put out for the month, why not. I started out last month only being able to do 4 pushups max. I ended the month being able to do 15! 15! I was hoping for atleast 10. BUT I exceeded my own expectations. So grateful for this program, and finally being able to take advantage of the monthly challenges we also get thrown with.
With the new June challenge coming up, I’m so excited to keep taking advantage of everything queen warriors has to offer! 😊

🚨TRANSPARENCY TIME 🚨
The picture on the left was taken in August of 2023. The picture on the right was taken this week. I’m sharing this not for sympathy, but sometimes we as women are so good at beating ourselves up & pointing out every flaw. These photos are a reminder that life happens to all of us (including your coaches). As Queen Warriors, we don’t quit or throw in the towel… we fight, stay grounded and push through!
I’ll see you ladies tonight at 7:30pm, we have a full hour of power. Grab your chair, dumbbells, and water - prepare for a warrior-style workout ladies… LET’S WORK 🔥💪🏾

Vulnerability/Motivational Post: The picture On the left was my very first challenge with QW - The LYC Fall Challenge and the picture to my right of that was current the LYC 3-method 1st place winner. The picture in the blue bathing suit was last night confident, resilient, dedication, strong, and hardworking champion who realized that change starts with you (US) Remember Queens: It took all of us years to pack on those pounds. So give yourself some time and patience. Stay CONSISTENT! That's the only way. Pour into your cup. LOVE YOURSELF ENOUGH to step out and take a chance on yourself. It's always YOU vs YOU.

IT’S SATURDAY! We made it to the end of another week Queens, and I just wanted to encourage you. I know we have a number we’d like to see on the scale, but please don’t be discouraged when the number doesn’t move drastically. What if I told you that I weigh the exact same in all of the pictures below? 👀
Keep taking your progress pics Queens! They will encourage you when the scale doesn’t 🤗

I started in 2023 after seeing the far left photo of myself I saw how much weight and muscle I’ve lost over the years as a parent. I truly felt embarrassed.. I finally saw what others saw.
I started with queen warriors every single day, 2-3 live workouts .. I must say, 2 years later I am so much more confident, I feel more relaxed in my skin, and the clothing I wear. I no longer feel like a mother stuck in her teen body. I feel strong, thick, empowered to keep going.🥰
I won’t ever stop working on me 💪🏽 one of the best feelings ever!
Exorcise yourself sometimes it’s only you who can cleanse yourself 🙏🏽 ✝️
Here’s to more exercises, more strength, more stamina, more energy, more feminine, here’s to more health benefits, here’s to more youth, here’s to more love and success 💛🤍💛 don’t ever give up Queen Warriors! 🧗♀️ 🧗♀️ 🧗♀️

Hey Queens! I just wanted to share something really personal with you all. It honestly took a lot of courage for me to post this because, honestly, I used to feel so embarrassed about how big I was and how uncomfortable I felt in my own body. But I decided to take a chance on myself and share my journey. And let me tell you, I feel so much better —stronger, happier, more confident.
This isn’t the end, just the beginning! The first picture was taken on March 25, 2025, and the second one was just yesterday, May 7, 2025.
I’ve recently completed the last LYC and made some big changes to the way I eat.
I hope this can serve as a little motivation for anyone out there. Remember, anything is possible if you keep working hard and stay committed to your goals!
