These last few weeks? Whew. I’ve been mentally and physically exhausted. But somehow, I still managed to surprise myself. I’ve completed 3 workouts every single week. 🙌🏼 I’ve got knee issues, and even with modifications, that 4th workout would leave me hurting, so I’ve been listening to my body and giving myself grace. Rest is part of the process too. My goal is to build up to that 4th one eventually, but for now, I’m proud of what I am doing. Especially since I haven’t consistently worked out in years. Between moving my body, eating cleaner, and counting my calories, I’ve been putting my health first and I’m happy to say I’m down 12 pounds since starting the Love Yourself Challenge! 💪🏼💕I can’t even remember the last time I saw the scale in the 220’s…so I know what I’m doing is working, even if it’s not “perfect.” Just felt like sharing because I had a moment of feeling a little defeated... but then I remembered how far I’ve come.

On to Week 5!! Let’s keep it going, Queens!! 👑

Hi queens! I’m kinda new here and find comfort reading y’all’s posts and journeys. I feel like I’m rediscovering myself and becoming a better version too. Thank you for the motivation and encouragement—I feel so seen as a mom doing something great for me and my family unit.

QUEENS! I was so hype for tonight’s Live - it was going to be a full on beast mode session…. And then Mother Nature made her monthly appearance 🙄

BUT WE’RE SHOWING UP ANYWAYS!! You ladies are amazing examples of showing up and showing out in the midst of adversity & challenges. So join me as we put in work right before this holiday weekend. We’ll go hard… and then best believe tomorrow I’m enjoying ALL the cookout food 😋

I’m almost to the finish line Dr says I’m healing nicely but still need more time so no strenuous activity for a little while longer but I’m keeping my mindset right and eating right as best I possibly can have aGOOD FRRIDAYS EVE ON PURPOSE YALL 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

Hi Queens team!

I’m loving the app—so many awesome options to explore! Quick question: is there a way to get the workout playlists on their own? I really appreciate all the coaching, but sometimes I just want to watch, play the music, and have fun without as much talking.

Thanks so much for keeping us moving and inspired!
