My name is Giselle and I signed up for the 12 week recomposition program.
I got my first workout in queens!!! It’s been hard for me to workout these past couple of days because of my schedule, travel time and late hours but I got it in today! I didn’t get to do the live so I caught the replay. 🎉
It felt so good!

Ya’ll, I feel like I’ve just been OFF. Since the last LYC finished, my daughter went on a vacation, my son started football and I can’t seem to find a damn routine that works! I feel so stuck. I haven’t workout out in like a month and my body is starting to feel it! I work 7-3p then it’s football pickup, cooking dinner, running a small business and just became a certified lash tech. So I do have things to be proud of but I need to fit in these workouts. That’s always my disappointment when I crash at the end of the day. So, LYC, here I come (again).

I need an accountability partner! I so badly want to work but as soon as I get off work, my body feels like dead weight. I don’t want to do anything but sit down and relax…especially once I’ve eaten dinner! I used to work out every morning before work but life happened and I stopped. Now finding the motivation to get back up and start working out again is ROUGH! Anybody willing to be an accountability partner and take this journey of gaining our strength, happiness, and curvy body back again?!
