Is there any way to bring back power classes with less combo moves for the girls that are not so balanced on their feet? My ultimate favorite coach was sammi I loved how she did her classes and

I’ve been struggling trying to keep up with the other coaches.

I really wish I could’ve caught this live. This subject really specks to my heart. I grew up around nothing but broken people who stopped wanting to try in life and it left me in a constant state of depression my whole life. My relationship with my boyfriend is going in 11 years on and off 3 years now steady. So many people made me afraid to truly love. We bought our first home away from my home city and now that I’m away from everything I find myself sitting in my house confused. Because I’m SAFE my kids are SAFE my relationship is flourishing. But i realize despite leaving the environment the trauma still follows you. Facing these traumas feels devastating.

Aww man I’m so glad to be back. I lost myself for a year fell out of pushing myself. I even ended up canceling my queen warrior membership. I’ve been a member since the world shut down back in 2020. When I finally snapped out of it and wanted to get back on track it dawned me on me that I didn’t have my membership so I’ve been trying out YouTube videos the last month or two. That was so discouraging. I’ve became so use to queen warrior workouts nobody else felt right. I couldn’t get use to other trainers. I finally got my membership back and I can’t wait. The 2nd pic is my result from queen warriors before I fell off. Fabi I can’t wait for you guys to get me snatched again. This has been my favorite group for the longest.
