Week 4 day one I must admit I have been a little discouraged because I have hurt my elbow at the beginning of this challenge so I haven’t been able to do a lot of the exercises. I almost gave up Friday because I’m like it’s still hurts three weeks later but I did decide today when I was doing her exercise that I can still work out. I just have to tweak it and not use the excuse of my injury so I did exactly that thank you Raven for an amazing workout, your queen motivate me every day and this week I’m gonna push myself skies the limit!!#Fit49 #StrongIsSexy

I been working out from home with the app and it’s been great! I just didnt have a lot of weight options, but I made it work with bands and other things!
