My daughter has watched me workout with the QW community since she was 3 years old; She’s now 7. I found this in her backpack and I about cried my a🍑🍑 off! Life has been kicking my butt butt! We’re doing the best we can Queens, keep setting examples and showing up for yourself. Our babies are watching and paying close attention to the things we say and do!💞💞💞 We got this!

Big Hugs🤗 to all my Queens! Lets show up and show out tomorrow to celebrate her last class. Bringing that BIG ENERGY!(and to cry it out) Change is necessary and hell yes I’m hurt!! But I’m so proud of her. I look forward to keeping up with her and supporting her. Queens let’s remember our WHY! QW community has been my strength for 4 years and I’m not looking back!
