Soooooo today is Day 1 of really trying to get thisβοΈπͺπ½π€π½ and Iβm super scared and excited all in one. I got my day 1 meal plan and felt overwhelmed with not having all that was on the list. I took a breathe and thought ok well just do the best you can with what you have. So I am having to make some adjustments and I guess Iβm ok with that. Iβm learning that Iβm not going to have this down overnight. That itβs going to take time but that fact that Iβm trying and doing what I can is a start. Does anyone have and Recommendations on grocery shopping? Please help ππ½πͺπ½ππ Looking forward to hopefully making some forever sister in here!
