I fell off for Mondays ns Tuesday BUT today did 2 workouts and going to do a dance or barre later! I have been keeping up with my intermittent fasting and eating. I’m plant based & juicing so I feel okay with that portion. Not getting discouraged just getting back in from this 2 day slip up!!!
I haven’t done the recent classes but please tell me they’re putting the new Normani on the playlist! I need a dance class with the whole DOPAMINE album expeditiously
Hello ladies!! So I joined last week but I’m going to be really honest I really fell back. Even though my mind and heart says I’m ready I get lack of energy. But today I woke up so determine and drinked my ginger green tea for breakfast, lunch I did myself a green detox smoothie with a salad. Before going to work I just finished my lower body workout with Fabi. I never felt this good and confident in my life. I want to thank you all for the encouragement, motivation and the positive energy you give. ❤️🙏🏻
Hi Ladies, good afternoon! totally unrelated to the challenge. In the intro video by Fabiana when you first start - there's a food guide chart ie things to eat/avoid, etc. I can't seem to find it anywhere - can someone help me?

@Yvona I am loving working with your challenge so far but I am still struggling (been working out with QW for a lil over 2mths and did the Spring challenge) with planks. What exercises can I do to strengthen and lift my lower body? I just can't get my hips up and off the floor!! I do have some past back & knee injuries not sure if that is the issue. When I was in my prime I could do them 😟
