I wasn’t going to post this because I didn’t think there would be that much of a difference BUT after seeing them side by side I was SO PROUD of myself! I took the first picture 6 weeks ago when I started QW and the second picture was taken today. I am so proud of myself 🥲! I am a mom of two and after my second kid my body just was so different. I didn’t feel comfortable (or have the time) going to the gym then I found QW and decided to join and it was the best decision I made! The scale discouraged me these past 6 weeks BUT BABY these pictures didn’t lie! Keep going all my queens! We can do this together! 💕

Two weeks in and going strong! Im vacationing in the Bahamas but still made sure to get my workouts in! Love you queens!

Just finished the replay. Great message for the work out. Felt like the beginning of the work out started slow but loved the end when it sped up a bit!
