The workouts donβt stop! I did Raven Cruz 6/19/24 full hour kettlebell full body core workout and LORD why did she have us running and doing jumping jacks at the end when I thought the workout was over?!ππ§π₯΅ Before I did this workout, I went for a 6.40 mile walk. Done for today. Waiting on 11am so I can begin my eating window. My coffee is calling for meπ

I did cardio before working out today walking 5 miles before it gets too hot.

Today started off with a series of silly things happening. I was supposed to take the day off from cardio but with craziness happening before 7am I needed to get outside. Today I did:
6/19/24 advanced full hour kettlebell full body core with Raven
7/9/24 advanced power upper body core with Raven
Fab 10 minute booty blast week 1 day 1
Cardio -6.12 mile walk
Life has a funny way of creating situations that test you in multiple ways and Iβm so glad I responded positively with a cool head and still got to working out
