Hi Queens,
Well this is my second time joining and I am here to stay! Day 1 completed of express fit and thick! I donโ€™t usually post but I felt like I should fully emerge in the program this time. I have struggled with stress eating and weight fluctuations due to an extremely toxic relationship and struggling with depression. I am freeing myself and now committed to my health and growth. Good morning Queens. I missed you all and your support of my progress hasn't gone unnoticed. I was feeling a little burnt out from the back to back challenges and I needed rest. Working on my mental health and doing the work with my therapist has been exhausting. Now that I've gained the momentum back, I've knocked out Lower Body HIIT and Power replay with Coach Raven.
