Happy Friday and end of the week ladies! The summer is flying by! Was going to do full body today but swapped it with the following upper body workouts:
11/06/23 power upper body with Chasity
2/16/24 advanced full hour power upper body with Yvona
2/29/24 HIIT upper body core with Sammi
All workouts were hittin and gave that πŸ”₯πŸ”₯ feeling in the arms. Loving it. ❀️

I’m ready to be more dedicated this time around. I pray for more consistency with myself. No matter what happens in life I want to build up my muscles and lose 10 pounds. I’m grateful to be part of the community.

Happy Hump Day ladies! Day 2 of my period and I had no motivation for cardio.. so I focused on upper body and baybeeeee!!! These arms are noodles 🍝
