Hi 👸🏽’s! 👋🏽👋🏽👋🏽

Looking for some advice. I’m needing to lose about 15 pounds of fat which I carry mainly around my midsection. Do I focus first on weight loss, then muscle gain once I’m at my goal weight. Or do I work on both simultaneously? My metabolism has slowed down so losing weight is taking longer than it has in the past. TIA ☺️

I will definitely miss the live classes as the coaches are super amazing and their motivation is out of this world ! But I can definitely say for myself I caught more replays then lives unfortunately because it was more convenient. I’m happy for queen warriors and whatever helps the program grow ! With that being said are all the coaches staying or is that changing too ?? Definitely a huge yvona and raven fan but I love all the coaches so will they remain the same ?

Good morning queens! I think I need more structure on the meal plan end of things. I’ve been doing my best with the info on the guide, haven’t missed a workout, and also haven’t lost a single pound after 4 weeks. I don’t notice any non scale changes either. I’m not going to quit but I’m feeling very stuck. I was really hoping the challenge would get me past this hump!

Why are there only late workouts all this week I enjoy the morning and afternoon workouts at 5 I got kids and it’s hard working out late and still gotta get them to bed

Happy Monday and day 1 of Week 2 !! So excited, I went to Publix and decided to weigh myself, I lost 6lbs !! I couldn’t believe it!! So happy with my progress!! Todays break was boiled eggs and black coffee…. Lunch is looking pretty yummy! Workout will be after work 🙌🏼🥰

Just wanted to share some of my culture. I made bunon and griot normally it has picklies but I don’t like spicy. No bread just green plantain lettuce tomato and chicken breast with kindred garlic sauce
